Terms of use
Terms of use
These terms apply when you use Dyk. Please read them together with the Privacy policy and the Refund policy.
Who provides Dyk
Dyk is operated by Peter Mamrukov, an individual operating as a sole proprietor, as named on the Service provider page. For any question about these terms, write to peter.mamrukov@gmail.com.
The service may later be run by a company that the provider founds. If that happens, we will tell users in advance before the agreement is transferred.
What Dyk does
Dyk reads messages from the chats you choose to connect and turns them into tasks and a daily summary. Dyk is independent of WhatsApp and Telegram and is not affiliated with them.
Results are produced automatically and can be wrong or incomplete. Check important dates and requests in the original chat.
Your account and your chats
You are responsible for the account you create and for connecting only chats that you are allowed to read and share with the service. Do not use Dyk for anything unlawful or to harm others, and do not try to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service.
Free trial, Day Pass and subscription
New accounts can try full Premium free for 14 days, without a card.
A Day Pass gives full Premium for 24 hours from payment, once, with no automatic renewal.
The Monthly subscription is charged every month at the price shown when you subscribe, and renews automatically until you cancel.
You can cancel the subscription at any time inside Dyk. Cancelling stops future charges; Premium stays active until the end of the period you already paid for.
Payments
Payments are processed by Paddle.com, our reseller and merchant of record, under Paddle’s checkout buyer terms. Paddle issues your receipt and handles taxes and payment details. Dyk never sees your card number.
Refunds
Refunds follow the Refund policy.
Changes and availability
We may improve or change Dyk. If we change the price of a subscription, we will tell subscribers before the new price applies, and you may cancel before it does. We aim for reliable service but do not promise uninterrupted availability.
Your data
How we handle your data is described in the Privacy policy and on the Data and privacy page.
Liability
Dyk is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions made only on the basis of automatically generated tasks. Nothing here limits rights that the law gives you as a consumer.
Ending use
You can stop using Dyk at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are seriously or repeatedly broken, and will tell you why where we can.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without limiting mandatory consumer protections where you live.
